Our first Forward house is also our community gathering house. It's located in Northridge. There are four bedrooms in the house, a spacious living room, and a newly remodeled kitchen and dining area. The house has a spacious yard, a fire pit, a beautiful, heated pool, and a jacuzzi. We have SO much fun at this house together! From poker nights, to Super Bowl parties, to movies shown on a projector at night outside, we enjoy community life at this house.

Our second house is located in West Hills, just 10 minutes or so from the first house. Our second house has four bedrooms, a loft, a gaming area, a shared living room both up and downstairs, a newly remodeled kitchen, and a jacuzzi with BBQ area on the back patio. This house is usually full of folks who work jobs, but not always. We feel like this house has such a family, cozy vibe.

Our third house is also located in Northridge, Los Angeles. It is adjacent to the first house we acquired and is a great addition to our community. It is completely new, renovated in every aspect. It has a large studio-style bedroom downstairs, with its own entrance on the back of the house. It has private parking with its own covered carport, a great kitchen, dining, and living area, and is designed with sleek black and grey colors with an industrial theme.

Our fourth house is adjacent to our other house, our second house, in West Hills. This house has a cottage-y vibe, is three bedrooms, has been entirely remodeled to brand new, complete with all high efficiency appliances, as well as split unit Acs in each room. There is a shared living room with a kitchen and open floor plan, so that those in the kitchen can see those in the living room and even watch TV with their house mates!
